Fill a sandwich bag with white vinegar and place your shower head in the solution overnight.
In the morning you should have a dirt and grime free shower head. Wash it and enjoy your shiny shower! Do this at least once every two months! Do the same with your kitchen tap! It is easy and you do not have to buy anything special!
