2. Are your cleaning products safe for my family and pets?

3. How much do your cleaning services cost?

4. Do I need to be present during the cleaning service?
For regular services, the best option is to provide our specialist with spare keys. We all know what the public transport in London can do to our appointments. So providing us with a spare key will save you and us a lot of time, and avoid trouble and late appointments.
As long as you can provide access through meeting the cleaner and letting her/them in, concierge, key box instructions, etc. You do not have to be present. If you want to be present, that is completely fine, but you have to be out of the cleaner's way for them to do their job correctly.

5. Are your cleaning professionals trained and insured?
Safety and professionalism are paramount. All of our cleaners are trained and insured.
6. Can I book your services for a one-time cleaning, or is it only for regular contracts?
Yes, of course. You can book one-time, domestic cleaning or any other service just once. Or you can book a regular service, whether domestic or commercial, with different frequencies suiting your needs, choosing from daily, weekly, or fortnightly.
7. How can I schedule a cleaning appointment?
You can either book your service online by hitting the upper right button - Book a service or email your request to email@example.com and give us all the details related to your booking. Such as:
Full name, complete address, contact number, full property layout, and the right type of service you are looking for. You can combine a few services at once. For example, you can book a Tenancy cleaning with Carpet and Upholstery.
8. What areas do you serve?
We cover all areas in London, but mainly East London, North London and Central London.

9. Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and supplies?
We usually expect the client to provide all the equipment and detergents for all regular services, such as domestic cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, and communal areas and stairs. We can still offer those for an extra £15 for detergents and £15 for equipment.
We provide all necessary equipment and detergents for all specialized services such as End of Tenancy Cleaning, Move-in Cleaning, After Builders cleaning, Deep cleaning, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, and Oven cleaning.
10. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We have a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy, which we strictly follow. All service cancelled or rescheduled within less than 48 hours must be paid in full to cover our cleaner's lost time.
11. Are you available for emergency cleaning services?
Occasionally, we may have a slot left for your emergency matter. Please do check with us by sending us an email to email@example.com or check our availability by our online booking system - Book a service
12. How do you ensure the security of my home or office during cleaning?
All of our staff is thoroughly checked by a company member. All of them are self-employed subcontractors who we are arranging to provide the service for you.
All of them have their own DBS Check certificate. All of them have their own Public Liability Insurance for up to £1 000 000.00
13. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes, we have a referral program where you and a friend of yours can book through your custom link, which will give you both a £10 voucher for your next service with us. You can earn as many vouchers as you want on your account, which you can use as vouchers later on a different service. Check our Referral Program.
