Sweeps, mops, dishes, etc... Anything out of place is taken care of really well. In addition, she considers how to make things easier for me after she leaves, for example she puts the mop head in the clothes washer so it's clean for the next time.

I have two cleaners assigned to me for the clean I have had, one is brilliant and i would say the clean quality is very much depend on the cleaner assigned to you. The web base booking can be improve as it is not the most user friendly system.
