Important Terms and Conditions for Regular Cleaning Plans
Hourly domestic cleaning service with a satisfaction guarantee
Our domestic cleaning service is charged by the hour, considering the property's size and layout. It's important to note that if you choose to book fewer hours than recommended, our system assumes no responsibility for any resulting complaints. However, if you opt for the recommended time or more, we guarantee to provide a thorough cleaning service to the highest possible standard. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, we'll return and redo the cleaning free of charge.
Hiring Clause - No Private Engagements
By signing the Agreement, the Customer agrees to pay IVS CLEANING LTD £2,000 if they hire the Cleaner within 12 months of the Agreement's conclusion, whether directly or indirectly. IVS CLEANING LTD's App tracks the GPS location of all their Cleaners who have consented to the Subcontractor's Terms and Conditions. Any undisclosed agreements can be proven in court. IVS CLEANING LTD reserves the right to take legal action against the Customer and the Cleaner.
Cancellation Policy for Regular Cleaning Plan with Permissible Cancellations.
If clients book a regular cleaning plan for a weekly cleaning at £16 per hour or a fortnightly cleaning at £18 per hour, they can cancel up to 20% of their scheduled cleaning sessions per year. For weekly sessions (52 sessions per year), the maximum number of cancellations allowed is ten sessions per year. For fortnightly sessions (26 sessions per year), the maximum number of cancellations allowed is five sessions per year. Clients who exceed these limits may be subject to additional charges or termination of services.
Cancellation/skipping/rescheduling by the Customer
The Customer must provide IVS CLEANING LTD cancellation notice at least 48 hours before the Service Time if they wish to suspend, postpone or cancel the Service. Otherwise, the total amount of the booking must be paid.
